If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements are only offered if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Not as described or not as shown on the product listing

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and your order details.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect item use or handling after delivery
  • Minor packaging differences from supplier images
