Returns
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
